1.2 General Presentation of the Online Store

The erenorcosmetics.com website deals with the sale of cosmetic products. Purchasing in the online store is only possible electronically at https://erenorcosmetics.com.

Users can register for purchasing in the online store, but there is also an option for purchasing without registration. User account registration with incorrect or incomplete data, as well as order placement, will be considered invalid in all cases. The personal data provided during registration is handled according to the provisions in the Data Management Information. When purchasing on the erenorcosmetics.com webshop, a purchase contract is concluded between the Service Provider and the Buyer in accordance with the terms described in these General Terms and Conditions upon confirmation of the order. The concluded contract does not constitute a written contract; it is established through an electronically made declaration. The Service Provider keeps track of the contract according to its number. The day of purchase is the day of confirmation of the order. The language of the contract is Hungarian. The contract falls under the jurisdiction of Hungarian law.

1. Procedure for Electronic Contracting (Purchase)

2.1 Presentation of Goods, Prices, Promotional Products

Every product in the online store is presented with detailed descriptions to facilitate selection and decision-making for the buyer. Additionally, please note that the images on the pages serve as illustrations only, and the actual products may differ minimally. The prices listed on the pages include VAT.

erenor.com reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Our prices and products can change and expand continuously. The webshop clearly indicates individual promotions, the products included in the promotion, and the applicable discounts. In the case of promotional goods, the promotion runs until the specified date or while supplies last. Only orders placed at the discounted price during the promotion/campaign period will be considered fulfillable. If, due to stock shortages, we cannot deliver the product ordered at a promotional price, we will notify you via the provided email address and refund the paid purchase price.

2.2 Selecting Goods, Ordering Process

The Buyer can place the selected goods in the "CART." Subsequently, it is possible to continue shopping, select additional products, and place them in the "CART." Before finalizing the order, the Buyer can modify the contents of the CART, remove items, change quantities, or add new items.

Important!

If you place multiple orders in succession but request combined delivery, always indicate the number(s) of the previous order(s)! We handle and fulfill each valid incoming order separately! We can only combine orders if requested in the comments section or via email, specifying which orders should be combined.

To complete the order, the Buyer must accept the Service Provider's General Terms and Conditions. When placing an order, the Buyer is obliged to provide the personal data necessary for purchase, billing, and delivery in accordance with the provisions of the Data Management Information. The contract between the parties involved in remote contracting is established from the moment the Service Provider, after confirmation, informs the Buyer in a subsequent email or by phone about the fulfillment of the order and the dispatch of the product (handover to the courier company).

The automatic confirmation sent via email does not imply the acceptance of our order by the Service Provider, as it only confirms the arrival of our order with the Service Provider. Therefore, in cases of mistakenly confirmed low prices or stock shortages due to program errors, the Service Provider is not obliged to deliver the product according to the conditions stated in the automatic confirmation.

The Service Provider reserves the right to reject the order in justified cases or to temporarily or permanently withdraw it, especially in cases of:

providing false or incomplete information; violation of the provisions of these GTC or abuse related to the personal data of the Service Provider, rights holders, and/or other users, the Service system, or the Products.

The Service Provider informs the User about the reason for rejection or withdrawal by email. The handling of personal data provided during registration is governed by the conditions specified in the Data Management Information.

2.3 Shipping Fee

The Buyer can inquire about the shipping fee for the product before making the purchase. If the gross total value of products ordered for a domestic shipping address reaches 15000 Hungarian Forint per order, we will cover the shipping cost. Before finalizing the order, the final shipping cost to the shipping address increases the total amount of the ordered goods, allowing the Buyer to decide on finalizing the order accordingly.

2.4 Payment

Currently, the following payment methods are available on our webshop:

Credit Card Payment:

We offer credit card payment via OTP SimplePay on our website.

Through credit card payment, our customers can make convenient and secure purchases on our webshop. After ordering the selected goods, the Buyer will be directed to the OTP SimplePay payment interface, where they can make the payment with their credit card through a transaction encrypted for the highest security. Our customers only need to click on the "Pay by Credit Card" option when selecting the payment method, and then enter their name, card number, expiration date, and three-digit security code on the OTP SimplePay payment server. The following cards are accepted: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro. We can only accept electronically issued bank cards if the bank issuing the card allows its use! Please inquire with your bank to confirm if your card can be used for online purchases. OTP SimplePay sends a confirmation of a successful transaction; in case of an unsuccessful transaction, it provides an error message.

Cash on Delivery: When choosing payment by cash on delivery, the buyer is required to pay the price of the goods (including shipping costs) to the courier delivering the goods and the fee for cash on delivery.

The contract among distant parties is established upon successful delivery of the confirmation email. If within 48 hours from sending your order, you do not receive confirmation regarding the acceptance or rejection of your order to the email address you provided, you are released from the obligation to honor the offer. The Service Provider reserves the right to reject the order in justified cases or to temporarily or permanently withdraw it, especially in cases of:

providing false or incomplete information; violation of the provisions of these GTC or abuse related to the personal data of the Service Provider, rights holders, and/or other users, the Service system, or the Products.

2.6 Delivery

The delivery of goods to the shipping address is carried out by the courier company contracted with the Service Provider. The courier company delivers the ordered goods to the shipping address on business days within the time frame indicated on the order confirmation.

In the case of delivery to a foreign address, the delivery time depends on the country of destination and the delivery method. In the case of foreign deliveries, after receiving and confirming the order, our customer service will contact the Buyer to provide detailed information about the delivery conditions and shipping costs.

2.7 Refund Policy

Our webshop only accepts returns and exchanges if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, the Buyer must report the issue to the Service Provider within 14 days after receipt.

In the case of a refund, the Service Provider will credit the amount paid by the Buyer to the provided bank account within 30 days from the date of receiving the returned product.

2.8 Warranty

The warranty for the products sold in the webshop is determined by the manufacturer or distributor of the product. The warranty period for each product is specified in the product description. The warranty covers product defects caused by manufacturing or material errors.

2.9 Data Protection

The Service Provider manages and handles personal data according to the provisions of the Data Management Information, in compliance with legal regulations, especially the provisions of Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information.

2.10 Final Provisions

The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend these General Terms and Conditions. The amended GTC will enter into force on the day of publication on the website.

For matters not regulated in these GTC, the provisions of Hungarian law, especially the Civil Code, Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (hereinafter: "Ptk."), and the provisions of Act CVIII of 2001 on Certain Aspects of Electronic Commerce and Information Society Services (hereinafter: "Elkertv."), as well as the recommendations of the European Union, shall prevail.

If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, ineffective, or unenforceable, the validity, effectiveness, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The parties shall replace the invalid, ineffective, or unenforceable provision with a valid, effective, and enforceable provision that corresponds to the economic purpose of the replaced provision most closely. The same applies in the case of a regulatory gap.

The present General Terms and Conditions come into effect on November 1, 2023, and remain valid until revoked."
